Where do you deliver?

We plan to ship across serviceable pin codes in India. Exact delivery coverage will depend on the courier partner connected at launch.

How long does delivery take?

A typical target is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations can take longer.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items can be returned within the return window stated in the final policy. Hygiene-sensitive items such as pierced earrings may be non-returnable except for defects.

Is the jewellery real gold?

No. Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, fashion jewellery is not solid gold. Material and plating details should be shown on each final SKU page.

How do I care for fashion jewellery?

Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and chemicals directly on the surface, and store them separately in a pouch.

Do you offer COD?

COD can be enabled once your logistics/payment stack is connected. This demo site does not process live payments yet.
